OS Platform : Windows 10
Database Version : Oracle 19c
Edition : Enterprise Edition
ORACLE_HOME Path : C:\app\oracle\product\19.3.0\dbhome_1
ORACLE_BASE Path : C:\app\oracleFollow below steps to Install Oracle 19c Database on Windows:
Download Oracle 19c Software :
Click here to download Oracle 19c Database Software for windows.
Unzip Oracle 19c Database Software :
Make a directory for ORACLE_HOME, move the downloaded Software zip file to ORACLE_HOME location and unzip the file.
Run setup.exe :
Run the setup.exe file as administrator user.
Setup Configuration Option :
If you want to Create a starter database then select the 1st option create and configure a single instance database. Else, if you want on install Oracle 19c software only then, Select the Set Up Software Only. We suggest you first install Software Only and after completion open the command prompt as administrator user then run dbca to create a database.

Installation Option :
Select the Single instance database installation as shown below.
Database Edition Option :
Here we are going to install Enterprise Edition.
Oracle Home User :
Select User as Windows Built-in-Account and click on yes.
Installation Location :
Select the location for the ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_BASE.
Prerequisite Checks :
You should set up all the prerequisites.
